Our entire ingredient list across all of our brand products includes butters, oils, and extracts sourced from plants. Additionally, we only scent with high grade essential oils and color our products with natural colorants, such as turmeric and indigo powders. The only ingredient that is synthetic is Sodium Hydroxide which we put into our soaps (as most soap makers do). Please note, sodium hydroxide goes in, but after 48 its chemical composition changes and is no longer an active ingredient in our soap bars.

We strive for plastic-free and low-waste. We ship with plastic-free materials, and almost all of our products are plastic-free. If you request package-free upon order placement, we can exclude all tags and labels from your order.

Cold Process is the method we use to create our soaps. It involves emulsifying oils with Sodium Hydroxide, also known as Lye and then curing the resulting soap bar at room temperature for at least 4 weeks. Please note: no lye remains in the final product because it undergoes a chemical composition change when it binds with the fatty acids in the oils.
